General
How long is a typical photo shoot?
Most sessions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the package you choose. You can also customize longer shoots for special events.
How many photos will I receive?
Each package specifies a minimum number of edited photos. Typically, you'll receive between 15 to 50+ high-resolution images.
Are the photographers verified?
Yes, every photographer undergoes a rigorous multi-step verification process, including portfolio review and identity check.
What is the best time for photos?
Early morning or sunset (golden hour) offers the best lighting for professional photography.
Pricing & Payment
How does pricing and payment work?
All photographers in each destination follow the same pricing. Payment is made in full at checkout, and funds are securely held until your session is completed.
What is the cancellation policy?
14+ days: Full refund (minus processing fee). 7–14 days: 90% refund. 72 hours: 50% refund. <24 hours / no-show: No refund.
What if I need extra time?
Additional time is available for $150 per 30 minutes and includes extra photo credits. You can coordinate this with your photographer.
Are there any travel fees?
Some specific locations further from the city center may require a travel fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before booking.
Logistics & Experience
What if it rains during my session?
Sessions take place rain or shine. If the weather is severe, your photographer will suggest an alternative time or nearby covered location.
How will I receive my photos?
You'll receive a private gallery via email within 5 business days, where you can download your selected photos and purchase extras.
Can I book for a large group?
For groups, we recommend booking at least 90 minutes (Golden Experience or Full Destination) to ensure the best results and enough time for everyone.
What if I'm running late?
Late arrivals may reduce your session time and the number of delivered photos, as photographers often have back-to-back sessions.
